Mary Anne Singer is a life-long resident of Los Angeles, having grown up in the Hancock Park and Los Feliz neighborhoods. She is a product of the Los Angeles public schools.
She has long been a believer in home ownership as an investment, and as a lifestyle. Over the course of her career, Singer has owned and managed numerous residential and commercial properties, and has a hands-on understanding of the issues involved in buying, managing and selling real estate.
Singer has been a real estate agent in Los Angeles since 1994. She has worked in the Hancock Park, Hollywood and Los Feliz areas. She has always been a “Top Producer” and been in the top 5% of active real estate agents since 1995.
She has a first-hand, comprehensive knowledge of Los Angeles’ numerous neighborhoods, and the quality of public services within those communities. Singer understands the issues affecting the value of real estate in each of those communities, and has innumerable contacts in the mortgage lending industry, and in municipal, county and state agencies.
Singer has always been active in municipal and state politics. She is also active in Los Angeles fund raising and public advocacy campaigns. She is a past Chairperson of the Hollygrove Foster Family Agency’s Circle of Angels, and continues to serve on its Board. She has served as a Board member of the Los Angeles Shakespeare Festival and the Los Angeles Symphony in the Glen, and was a Founding Board Member of Para Los Ninos. Her other affiliations include the California Association of Realtors, the Hancock Park/Windsor Square Historical Society, the Los Angeles Conservancy and the Sierra Club.
Singer’s immediate family are all Californians. Her extended family is a worldwide network of satisfied clients, who offer numerous testimonials to her skillful and vigilant representation of their interests.
